We stand behind the quality of MONSO Endure Slides.

If your pair experiences manufacturing defects or abnormal wear under normal daily usage within 180 days of receiving your order, contact us and we’ll help make it right.

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper use or misuse
  • Cosmetic damage caused after extended use

Size Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem.

Size exchanges are allowed within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Slides must be unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges unless otherwise stated.
